Orders

Browse our collection, select your preferred product and size, then click Add to Cart or Buy Now. Proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation on your registered email or phone number.
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us at support@mannatshop.in or WhatsApp us with your order ID as soon as possible.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also log in to your account and visit My Orders to see the real-time status of your shipment.
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don't see it, log in to your account and check My Orders. If the order doesn't appear, it may not have been processed — reach out to us and we'll help you sort it out right away.

Shipping

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore typically receive orders in 3–4 days. Remote areas may take up to 10 days.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applied at checkout.
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is something we're actively working on — follow us on Instagram @mannat.ethnic for updates.
This can sometimes happen if a package is left with a neighbour or at the gate. Please check around your delivery address first. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date with your order ID and we'll raise a dispute with the courier immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items are not eligible for return.
Go to My Orders in your account, select the item you want to return, and click Request Return. Alternatively, WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2 business days.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.
We're extremely sorry about that! Please send us a photo of the item and your order ID on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Payments

We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000.
Yes, completely. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store any card or banking information on our servers.
Don't worry — this typically happens due to a network issue and the amount is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. If you don't receive the refund, contact us with your transaction ID and we'll follow up with the payment gateway on your behalf.

Sizing & Fit

Each product page has a detailed Size Chart with chest, waist, and hip measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest going one size up for a comfortable fit.
Most of our kurtis follow standard Indian sizing (XS to 3XL). However, some ethnic styles like Anarkalis and A-line kurtis may have a relaxed fit. We always mention fit notes like "Slim Fit" or "Relaxed Fit" on the product description — do check before ordering.
We don't offer custom stitching at the moment for online orders. However, for bulk or special occasion orders, please reach out to us directly at support@mannatshop.in and we'll be happy to discuss options.

Products

We do our best to photograph products in natural light to represent true colors. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and display calibration. If color accuracy is important to you, feel free to ask us for additional photos before ordering.
Care instructions vary by fabric. In general: Cotton kurtis can be machine washed in cold water. Silk and embroidered kurtis should be dry cleaned or hand washed gently. Always check the care label inside your garment for specific instructions.
We restock popular items regularly. You can use the Notify Me button on the product page to get an alert when it's back. You can also message us on Instagram or WhatsApp and we'll let you know when it's available.
